Cancellation and Refund Policy – Majestic Dubai Suites
 
Thank you for choosing Majestic Dubai Suites for your accommodation needs. This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to the rental apartment services provided by Majestic Dubai Suites, operated by AL BAHR AL AMEEQ For Food Supplements Trading CO. L.L.C (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Policy carefully before making a reservation.
 
Reservation Cancellations

a. Cancellation Period: You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees.

b. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of the scheduled check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost will apply. This fee covers administrative costs and potential loss of business due to the cancellation.

c. No Shows: If you fail to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice, you will be considered a “no show.” In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the full reservation amount will be charged.
 
Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period mentioned above.

b. Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team and provide your reservation details. We will review your request and process the refund, if eligible, within 5 to 7 business days.

c. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original reservation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
 
Changes to Reservations

a. Modification Requests: If you wish to make changes to your reservation, such as altering the check-in or check-out dates, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

b. Price Adjustments: Changes to the reservation dates or duration may result in a price adjustment. Any additional costs or refunds will be communicated to you before finalizing the changes.
 
Property Condition and Satisfaction Guarantee

a. Property Condition: We strive to provide clean and well-maintained rental apartments for your stay. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding the property’s condition upon check-in, please notify our customer support team immediately.

b. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to have a pleasant and satisfying experience with Majestic Dubai Suites. If you encounter any significant issues during your stay that prevent you from enjoying the accommodation as advertised, please inform us promptly. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include relocating you to an alternative apartment or providing a partial refund.
 
Force Majeure
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability or obligation to provide refunds.
